We are an assembly platform that enables you to vote from a mobile device while taking advantage of security built into the latest versions of smartphone technology. We have experience working with publicly traded companies, residential and commercial condominiums, unions, sports federations and others, all in an effort to make it safe, convenient and easy to vote.

WHAT TYPE OF GENERAL MEETINGS HAVE YOU PERFORMED?
We had the pleasure of holding several types of general meetings, including assemblies of public companies, condominiums, unions, associations, among others.
WHAT ABOUT THE PRESENTIAL MEETING?
Nothing changes. In-person general meeting continues to exist.
DOES THE APP HAVE LEGAL SUPPORT?
Yes! There is no prohibition on distance voting in the law. Also, we have legal advice and consultations with renowned attorneys that attest to the viability of the entire process.
IS THIS A VIRTUAL OR ONLINE GENERAL MEETING?

HOW LONG WE HAVE TO VOTE VIA APP?
It may be, for example, 45 days before the face-to-face meeting, depending on the deadline given by the institution.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHECK THE DOCUMENTS BELONGING TO EACH APP ITEM THROUGH?
Yes. That means transparency. Users can check the documents of each agenda item and cast the vote with more confidence.
CAN I VOTE WHEN I WANT?
Yes! Once available you can vote and consult the meeting documents at any time you wish.
IS DIGITAL CERTIFIED NEEDED OR ANY KIND TO VOTE?
No. No more bureaucracy. No complications. We have a unique, four-step, copyrighted model that guarantees the authenticity of the vote.
WHAT IS DATA SECURITY?
We have a level of data security similar to that used by banks.
DO YOU ISSUE A VIRTUAL MINUTES?
No. The minutes continue to be made separately. Votes cast via the app will be recorded in the minutes.
DO I NEED TO SIGN SOME TYPE OF CONTRACT?
DOES IT COST TO JOIN?

DO I NEED TO PAY TO DOWNLOAD THE APP?
Free. No cost to download.
HOW IS BILLING CARRIED OUT?
We charge per house and user who voted via the app.
HOW IS PAYMENT MADE?
Usually via bank slip, but payment can be made via bank deposit or credit card.
DO YOU PROVIDE USERS IP (INTERNET PROTOCOL ADRESS)?
We currently do not keep this type of information from users who access our app.
I HAVE UNITS IN VARIOUS CONDOS. CAN I VOTE ON ALL OF THEM?
Yes. If you have units in several different condos, the app can register multiple condos for the same user if all condos are registered.
CAN I USE THE APPLICATION FOR COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS ASSEMBLIES?
Yes you can.
DOES MY CONVENTION SAY NOTHING ABOUT ASSEMBLY VIA APP?
There is no need for prediction in the Convention, but there can be no prohibition there - and it generally does not exist.
DO I NEED TO INCLUDE ANY CLAUSE IN THE COLLECTIVE CONVENTION TO USE THE APP?
The art. 10 of Law No. 4,591 / 64 expresses what are the legal prohibitions imposed on the owners. In none of the seals imposed on the owners by items I to IV of art. 10 there is a prohibition on the possibility that there may be remote voting in assemblies. But in any case, we recommend the necessary efforts to change the Convention and its Internal Regulations of the Condominium in order to resolve any kind of interpretations. In addition, we offer our clients, free of charge, a wording to be inserted in the new Convention and the new Internal Regulations.
HOW IS THE REGISTRATION OF THE MINUTES IN THE NOTICE?
Consult the Convention of your condominium to see the requirement to register the minutes. If there is no requirement, you do not need to register. Even so, we recommend registering only the minutes of the union's election. These minutes may be requested by third parties, in this case a financial institution or the judiciary, in the case of an action proposed by the condominium. There is no deadline stipulated in the law, the minutes can be recorded at any time, for example, when the financial institution requires it.
